We accept contributions on cryptography-related topics from professionals from national cryptography bodies as well as academia. Please assume a talk duration of about 30 minutes. We ask for an abstract and the name of the talk. No paper is needed. See the list of suggested topics below.

•             Quantum threat, PQC, QKD

•             New cryptanalytic attacks, Side channel analysis

•             Compromising emanations (TEMPEST)

•             Security evaluations of cryptography and its implementations

•             New cryptographic algorithms and mechanisms

•             AI in information security

•             Modernization in national crypto institutions

There is no conventional program committee, nor an official review process. The submissions in accordance with the scope of the conference will be accepted upon available space. We encourage submitters to give a presentation summarizing a topic or providing further insight. Original research is not required but is appreciated.

NCISA will post the accepted presentations on the conference website after the conference; however, no formal proceedings will be published.
